Terms of Service

By using aishort.link ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. We may modify these Terms at any time, effective upon posting. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

You must provide an accurate email address when registering. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Prohibited: bulk registration, disposable emails, or account trading. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for any reason, including violation of these Terms.

You may not use the Service for:

• Distributing malware, phishing links, fraud, or any illegal content
• Sending spam short links or engaging in harassment or abuse
• Circumventing ad platform policies (e.g., fraudulent redirects on Facebook, Google, TikTok)
• Infringing intellectual property, privacy, or reputation rights
• Reverse engineering, hacking, or interfering with the Service's security
• Denial-of-service (DoS) attacks or excessive resource consumption

Accounts violating these rules will be immediately terminated. Related data may be retained for forensic and compliance purposes.

You are solely responsible for the legality of the destination content your short links redirect to. We do not pre-screen user content but reserve the right to remove offending links and ban accounts.

The Service's trademarks, code, and design elements (including the AiShort brand identity and Short.Link visual design system) are owned by Short.Link. You retain rights to your content.

We strive to maintain Service stability and availability (powered by Cloudflare's global edge network) but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may suspend or modify any part of the Service for maintenance, security, legal compliance, or other reasons without prior notice. Where possible, we will post advance notice of major maintenance.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of or inability to use the Service, including but not limited to loss of revenue, profits, data, business interruption, or ad platform penalties.

Our aggregate liability shall in no event exceed the total fees paid by you to the Service in the past 12 months (or zero if no fees were paid).

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion for any reason (including but not limited to Terms violation, prolonged inactivity, or legal requirements) without prior notice.

Upon termination, your link data and account information may be permanently deleted without recovery. Per our Privacy Policy, certain data may be retained for up to 12 months as required by law.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China. Disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through amicable negotiation; failing that, either party may file suit in a competent People's Court.

International users shall ensure their use of the Service complies with local legal requirements.
